I just wanted to drop you an email to thank you and everyone concerned at Pughs for the wonderfully polished and professional service you gave my late aunt at the funeral yesterday. It was a lovely send off for her and it's all thanks to you and your team and we would like to thank you for everything you've done to make the day go as smoothly as possible on what was a very difficult day. Once again, thank you all so very much.

I wish to acknowledge your high standard of professionalism, guidance, support and kind attitude towards me following the sudden death of my Mum.

We are unable to let it pass without expressing our deep and most sincere appreciation for the most reverent, sympathetic and professional manner with which you treated my Family and Myself during the handling of David’s funeral. Your personal approach offered so much warmth and affection which we found gave us great comfort during an extremely difficult and very stressful period.

A huge thank you from all of us and making mums funeral a lovely morning under the current situation. All staff were fantastic and attended our every need nothing was too big or too small, you were all very professional extremely friendly and we thank you for this.
